My purpose is to accompany you to live in wellness through new habits and new ways of thinking.
So today I want to give you a new tool to include in your routine and whose benefits you can feel from the first moment.
Spending a few minutes of mindfulness or Mindfulness brings many benefits to your body, your soul and your mind.
And you are probably asking yourself...
What kind of benefits do I get from meditating Clau?
ON A PHYSICAL LEVEL
Reduces the activity of the cerebral amygdala, you have a greater sense of control of emotions.
Increases the thickness of the preforontal cerebral cortex.
Strengthens the limbic system: helps regulate emotions.

Theomer effect: meditating as a routine lengthens the ends of chromosomes, making them longer and increasing your longevity.
ON A MENTAL-SPIRITUAL LEVEL
